A master lease is a lease where your organization leases the entire home, and you control your internal placement model—within the terms of the agreement.

No. We provide housing operations and property standards. Supportive services (case management, coaching, programming, etc.) are provided by partner organizations unless explicitly stated in writing.

Our current footprint includes Texas and Colorado. Inventory changes, so availability is shared through inquiry/referral.
