Who we serve
Aged-out young adults
A real address for the years right after care ends.
At 18 the paperwork stops and the problems do not. No rental history, no credit file, no co-signer, and a screening process built for someone who has all three. Most young adults leaving care are not short on drive — they are short on somewhere to stand while they build.
Our homes give transition-age programs that ground. Your organization holds the lease, so no young adult gets screened out of housing for being 18 with a thin file. They get a private room, a real address for job and school applications, and the same one long enough for practice to turn into competence.
We provide the housing. You provide the care, the license, and your own procedures.

One thing worth saying up front
Location matters most here. We prioritize homes near transit, employers, and campuses, because a young adult without a car needs to reach the things independence is made of.
