Rents rise, a lease ends, and someone in their seventies is looking at a move they cannot physically or financially absorb. The organizations trying to prevent that run into the same wall everyone else does: they cannot get houses.
We provide furnished homes to the organizations serving older adults, on terms long enough that nobody has to move again in three years. Your team runs the program and handles every resident relationship. We handle the home, the furnishings, documented standards, and billing you can forecast.
We provide the housing. You provide the care, the license, and your own procedures.
