Amigos Housing

Who we serve

Foster youth

Homes for the programs raising kids the system handed off.

Youth in care move more than anyone should have to. Every move costs a school, a friend group, and a little more trust. The programs working against that need homes that hold still — and most of them are fighting their landlord instead of focusing on the kids.

We provide furnished homes to the licensed organizations serving youth in foster care. Private bedrooms, shared common space, and a lease long enough that your staff can plan around it. You hold the license, run the program, and make every placement decision. We keep the house steady underneath you.

We provide the housing. You provide the care, the license, and your own procedures.

One thing worth saying up front

Homes are set up for co-living from day one, so a supervision model can be layered on without renovation. Bedroom counts and layout are the first thing we walk you through.
