Do you have a serving heart — for foster kids, for aged-out young adults, for seniors, for adults with IDD, for people in recovery, for veterans? Then the housing is our job, not yours.
We provide fully furnished homes on multi-year master leases to the licensed organizations doing the work. You run the program, hold the license, and follow your own procedures and SOPs. We are the housing underneath it — and we are not the operator.

We don’t operate programs and we don’t do case management. Your organization brings the license, the staffing model, and its own procedures. We bring a furnished home, documented standards, and a lease long enough to build something on.
