Questions we hear
More answers on the full FAQ page.
- What is a master lease?
- A lease where your organization leases the entire home and controls your internal placement model — within the terms of the agreement.
- Do you rent rooms directly to individuals?
- No. We master-lease entire homes to organizations. Program partners manage their own placement model and internal operations.
- Do you operate programs?
- No. We provide housing operations and property standards. Supportive services are provided by partner organizations under their own license and SOPs.
- How long are master leases?
- Two to five years at a minimum term that fits your program. Long enough to plan around, structured for predictable billing.
- Are the homes really furnished?
- Yes — furnished bedrooms, stocked kitchen, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, linens, and essentials. Residents move into a home, not an empty house.
- Where are the homes?
- Texas, and we are expanding. Tell us where you serve and we will show you current and upcoming inventory.
- How fast can we move in?
- Once the master lease is signed, homes are placement-ready in days, not months.
